利用KMS激活Windows操作系统和Office早已不是什么新鲜事，但是呢，自己搭建比较实在，外部的工具太黑咯
将文件放入C盘kms目录，并改名vlmcsd
cd c:\kms
vlmcsd –s –U /n –l c:\kms\vlmcsd.log //什么小写-s为安装为服务,大写-S为移除服务,在vlmcsd.log可查看已经激活的相关信息
再执行命令services.msc在“服务”中将Key management Server服务设置为自动，并启动：
这样kms服务端就安装好了，另外不要忘记在防火墙中将1688端口对外开放，因为KMS是通过1688端口提供激活服务的，这样别的服务器或电脑才能通过这个KMS服务器激活系统和office
二：激活系统或office的方法
Windows系统激活
输入cmd运行命令：
slmgr /ipk CB7KF-BWN84-R7R2Y-793K2-8XDDG //序列号请根据您系统来,请看后面
slmgr /skms 192.168.11.101
slmgr /ato
slmgr /xpr //查看激活后的到期时间
office激活方法
输入cmd运行命令：
cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14 //请输入正确的Office安装路径
cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:192.168.11.101
cscript ospp.vbs /act
相关说明：
上面的192.168.11.101是你KMS服务器的IP地址,如果需要对外就要用公网IP地址,内网使用可是内网IP
CB7KF-BWN84-R7R2Y-793K2-8XDDG为win2016数据中心版的激活序列号
利用WIN系统搭建KMS服务器,好像不能自己激活自己(不能对本机的系统激活),只能提供其他电脑或服务器的激活服务
